Student Athlete Participation Packet

Approved clearance must be obtained from Monte Vista High School prior to any student athlete participating in a high school sport tryout.   The process for obtaining clearance is done online only and must be completed by Friday, January 18, 2018.  Please visit the Monte Vista Athletics Registration Packet site by clicking the link below:

No student athlete may attend a tryout for a spring sport if they have not submitted all of the necessary clearance forms prior to January 18.  If you have any questions, please contact Melissa French directly in the bookkeeper’s office at Monte Vista High School.

SRVUSD Volunteer Requirements

SRVUSD implemented a new system last year for all adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus or drive/chaperone day and overnight field trips and athletic events. The Volunteer Management System features a web-based software application that allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers.

ALL adult volunteers will need to go through this process. The District will NOT be asking parents to incur any of the costs associated with these clearance processes.

Attention ALL Parents: You must sign up with the Volunteer Management System (VMS) in order to drive or volunteer.
